Typographical Errors
In the event that a LaRoys Airsoft product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, LaRoys Airsoft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LaRoys Airsoft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LaRoys Airsoft shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by LaRoys Airsoft without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of LaRoys Airsoft products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. LaRoys Airsoft's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. LaRoys Airsoft may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a LaRoys Airsoft or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, LaRoys Airsoft may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with LaRoys Airsoft, LaRoys Airsoft has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of LaRoys Airsoft. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, LaRoys Airsoft seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Shipping - updated 2-16-2008
LaRoys Airsoft uses UPS and USPS to anywhere in the lower 48 United States. LaRoys Offers Fast Shipping! Place your order today and it will ship tomorrow. All orders ship the next day except on weekends and holidays Our fill rate is at 99%.
A signure is required for all deliveries. Please note: UPS does not pick up or deliver to a residential address on Saturday or Sunday. The drop off or pick up day by the carrier is not considered by the carrier as a ship day. Please pay close attention when placing orders around the weekend when using expedited services.
Restock Fee - updated 9-18-08
If you (the customer) order an item and decide it is not what you wanted and would like to return the item we now charge a 15% restock fee plus a 3.25% credit card transaction fee for the item you would like to return. Please note LaRoys Airsoft will not honor any requests over 3 days from the delivery date. 3 days is plenty of time to make your decision. If you used PayPal for the transaction there is only a 15% restock fee. If you have any questions on this policy please contact our customer service department.
Warranty Information - updated 3-24-2007
All Chinese made electric and spring guns maybe tested prior to shipping for quality purposes.
We do not refund shipping charges and are not responsible for shipping charges of items being returned to us.
There are no manufacture warranties unless stated in the description.
Check all product descriptions for warranty information before purchasing.
Defective Products - updated 3-24-2007
Please check the EXTENDED INFORMATION tab for each item. This outlines what is under warranty and what is not and for how long the warranty is. Defective gear can be returned for credit or replacement based on the information provide under the Extended Information tab of each item. Abused equipment that is sent back for credit or replacement, will be sent back to you at your cost. LaRoy's reserves the right to decide what equipment has been abused and what hasn't. Dropped guns and broken triggers etc. are signs of abuse.
Due to deceptive actions of non-legitimate returns we are now forced to mark each airsoft gun we sell so our company can detect legitimate approved returns.
Damaged During Shipping
Customer must contact the carrier and file a claim. The customer will pay for all shipping costs if the item is return, unless the item is damaged during shipping or DOA. UPS will cover up to $100.00, USPS does not cover unless paid for. Any purchases over $100.00 is automatically insured and paid for by LaRoys Airsoft.
International Orders
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
USPS Air Parcel orders to Canada and Hawaii for parts and accessories are accepted. WE CAN NOT SHIP ANY AIRSOFT GUNS TO CANADA AS CANADIAN LAW PROHIBITS THE IMPORTATION OF "REPLICA" FIRE ARMS. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering. All orders to Canada must be paid through paypal only.
Payment & Security
LaRoys Airsoft accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier Checks as payment. Please do not send cash. All credit card processing is done through a secure encrypted connection with Authorize.net.
Never respond to an email from LaRoys Airsoft requesting your credit card information.
If we - LaRoys Airsoft - have a problem, question or concern with your order, we will call you. That is the reason we ask for your phone number during checkout.
Sales tax
Only Illinois residents have to pay state sales tax of 6.25%.
