How do I return an item?

Please create a RMA Ticket and submit for approval.
Under this link: http://www.laroysairsoft.com/Ticket_New.asp
 
1. Select RMA Request.
2. Subject: RMA Request
3. List the item that is defective.
4. Also, please provide the order number.
Note: the more information you provide will speed up the process.

Please review the Extended Information tab located just below the picture of the item you purchased.  Defective equipment can be returned within the timeline outlined under the Extended Information tab. Normally there are 7 to 14 days "depending on the item" from the start of the delivery date "when you receive the item" documented by the carrier.
 
As long as you meet this requirement, an RMA for defective equipment only, can be accepted.
