Defective equipment can not be returned after 14 days.

The 14 days start from the delivery date "when you receive the item" documented by the carrier.

 

HFC and UHC models are under a 30 day limited warranty.

 

Only the Metal Gearbox of the highend rifles have a 30 day limited warranty.

All other parts from the Metal Gearbox Rifle models, have a limited warranty of 14days from the day you receive the item.
