the m83 is a good gun but when you shot it the bb's are all over the place. It would be good for close situations like in a building. But this is a k.o. gun.

Double Eagle Brand of Weapons are good guns, the only down side of the M83 is the accesories. I got it a couple of weeks ago and I was out in the woods when the sling broke and fell. My sight broke and I had to get a new one. Also the tactical flashlight was sitting in my gun cabinet when I noticed it was leaking something. I checked the batteries and it was the acid. So I think that you shouldn't use the batteries given to you. Get like duracell or something. The gun itself is pretty good. so the only thing I use from the set is The actual gun. None of the accessories

For the price and sheer fun of it, this is a great gun. Superb rate of fire. TONS of extras. Perfect for the beginner.
Only drawback would be the way it sprays bb's out. Almost a shotgun pattern. Great for supression fire in a quick retreat situation.

Nice for a beginner are playing around, but not the range that is needed in a game situation.A 100 plus highcap mag would also be nice.Still a vary fun gun to play with.
